WINDMILL THEATRE PRESENTS, “MUSIC OF THE 70’s – A CREATIVE DECADE”

MISSISSAUGA, ON – It’s time to let your hair down and make some noise! Windmill Theatre Productions Inc. is pleased to announce tickets are now on sale for “Music of the 70’s – A Creative Decade“. Back by popular demand, the musical presentation will take place on May 6 and 7, 2016 at The Great Hall located at 84 South Service Rd (QEW and Hwy 10) Mississauga.The Windmill singers are set to perform a vibrant tribute to this unforgettable era.
“We rocked the roof off last May with the 60’s Music,” explains Artistic Director Brian Pritchard. “We fully expect the same to happen when we present The Music of the 70’s. When you consider the ton of material available who could resist grooving the night away. We’re going back to an era when the creative juices were really flowing with a constant source of great music. The key words are fun and singing along and the joy of remembering those days when it all happened. So, let’s have a ball. It’s the 70’s time to come alive!”

Music of the 70’s features a powerhouse cast of vocalists including Kevin Baker, Heidi Cyfko, Raylin Marcotte, Blair Barnsdale, Heather Brissenden, Sarah DaCunha, Lindsay Rolland-Mills, Chris Burke, Jason Hales, John Stephen and Erin Boyle under the musical direction of Joshua Tamayo. The show will also feature Dave Barnes on guitar, Alex Furlott on bass and Fraser McEvoy on drums.
