Mississauga, ON: Monster Rock Orchestra (MRO), the signature performance of the 2013 Mississauga Waterfront Festival (MWF), is expected to draw more than 20,000 people for its symphony and laser show at the festival. MRO will be playing on June 14-15, 2013 at Port Credit Memorial Park, 9:30 pm.
"There's a lot of interest and excitement for our performance at the festival," said Vikas Kohli, Producer, MRO. "Monster Rock Orchestra is an innovative combination of a rock band, a strings section, a horns section and a massive the laser show. If that wasn't enough, we've also got cutting edge bands playing at the show on both days."

Monster Rock Orchestra will be performing a great collection of pop hits and rock classics at the festival. This year, the performance by MRO also includes an homage to Canadian icons of rock 'n' roll. The Orchestra will be churning hits by rock 'n' roll legends like Jon Bon Jovi and Neil Young along with the latest hits by Carly Rae Jepson and Maroon 5. The laser showby tech-guru Joe Natale from Berkwood Ent. will leave the visitors awestruck and amazed. "This year's Tree Lighting is not to be missed," said Melissa Agius, manager of events for Mississauga Celebration Square. "The skating rink will be officially opened for the season and the Square will be filled with beautiful lights. Kids can even visit Santa in his workshop right here on the Square!"
