ONTARIO (April 6, 2017) Festivals & Events Ontario (FEO) is thrilled to announce this year’s mouth-watering top 100 festivals that will delight your taste buds!  Tickle your taste buds at any one of the delicious award-wining festivals and events this year!

This Year’s Food Festival Highlights include:

Eat & Drink Norfolk    April 6 – 8 (Simcoe)  Come Savour the Flavours of Norfolk County.  Enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.  Sample from up to 50 separate food and beverage displays!  Come for the FUN, Come for the FOOD!  Mix and mingle with Friends!

Streetsville Founders Day Bread & Honey Festival    June 2 – 4  (Mississauga)  This is a fun-filled family festival featuring a huge parade at 10am on Saturday live entertainment on 2 stages, a petting zoo, pony rides, children’s inflatables, crafts, souvenirs and much more.

Lasalle Strawberry Festival    June 8 – 11  (LaSalle)  The LaSalle Strawberry Festival features a carnival, fireworks, pageants, a parade, live entertainment, vendors and of course, local strawberries!

Jerkfest    Aug 11 – 13 (Etobicoke)  Experience the tantalizing tastes, mysterious flavours, captivating aromas of unforgettable jerk food- chicken, pork, beef, lamb, seafood, vegetables. Live entertainment, kids’ activities and prizes.

Carrot Fest   Aug 18 – 19 (Bradford)  The event includes a large vendor market with hundreds of vendors, the Ontario Dock Dogs Association, professional wrestling events, BMX Stunt Shows, Kids Zone, live stage entertainment and more!

Tecumseh Corn Festival   Aug 24 – 27 (Tecumseh)  The Tecumseh Corn Festival is a prominent four day festival which hosts a spectacular variety of family entertainment, contests and activities with tons and tons of hot buttered corn on the cob.

Winona Peach Festival   Aug 25 – 27 (Winona)   In its 50th year, the event promises something for everyone, from arts and crafts, to vintage cars to the midway and a full lineup of entertainment. Best of all, admission is free.

Canada’s Largest Ribfest    Sept 1 – 2  (Burlington)   This fundraising initiative of the Rotary Club of Burlington Lakeshore offers a family-friendly weekend full of musical entertainment, an artisan fair, kids midway and delicious, mouth-watering ribs!

SoundBites 2017: Mississauga Celebration Square    Sept 2  (Mississauga)  We’re wrapping up the summer season with a massive food truck rally and an unforgettable concert. Join us from 5-11pm the 4th annual SoundBites event where we celebrate music and food in the city!

Niagara Grape & Wine Festival    Sept 8 – 24  (St. Catharine’s)  Join the 63rd Anniversary of Niagara’s internationally acclaimed grape and wine industry. For 2 weeks in September experience premium wine tastings, local culinary & live entertainment.

St. George Applefest    Sept 16 – 17  (St. George)   www.  A Marquee Event in Brant County – an affordable family festival with apples, pies, crafts, entertainment, kids’ activities, FREE Saturday night Street Party. FREE admission and parking. Coaches welcome.

Blue Mountain Apple Harvest Festival    Oct 7 – 9  (Blue Mountain)  There’s no better way to enjoy Thanksgiving weekend and the fall colours than at Blue Mountain Village and Thornbury. Free family activities, live music, the Apple Pie Trail, and more!
